WearView - Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 2026

WearView is a fashion AI platform operated by Lean Shipper, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We believe privacy policies should be clear and readable, not buried in legal jargon.

1. Notice

When you use WearView, we collect certain personal information to provide our fashion AI services — including virtual try-on, AI model creation, and product-to-model generation. We only collect information that is necessary to deliver the service, process payments, and improve the platform. No party outside of WearView will ever get access to your personal information unless you specifically grant us permission or we are required to do so by law.

2. Your Consent

Essential Data: To use WearView, you must provide certain essential data. When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. This information is required to create and maintain your account. Without it, we cannot provide you with access to the platform.

Non-Essential Data: During onboarding, we ask how you heard about us and what type of user you are (e.g., fashion brand, creator, photographer). This helps us improve the product but is not required to use the service. We also use analytics and advertising tools (detailed in Section 3) that collect usage data. You can opt out of non-essential tracking through your browser settings or by contacting us.

What Happens If You Decline: If you choose not to sign in with Google, you will not be able to create an account or use WearView's AI features. If you decline non-essential cookies or tracking, you can still use all core features of the platform without limitation.
